Craig Phillips Bio

Craig Phillip, a member in Dickinson Wright’s Grand Rapids office, focuses his practice on intellectual property law. He has served as counsel to a wide variety of clients in business transactions, which include non-disclosure cooperation, joint development, research, joint ventures, and licensing. Craig has created and established an Intellectual Property Management System for a Global 100 multinational (operations in 35 countries) Southeast Asia-based oil and gas company. Conducted on-site due diligence at numerous locations throughout Southeast Asia, including in-depth interviews of key personnel as part of the development and implementation of the Intellectual Property Management System.
