As part of her practice, Josée mainly works in the business, road transport and entertainment sectors. For nearly 25 years, she has specialized in drafting and negotiating all types of commercial agreements and corporate reorganizations, as well as mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, financing and estate planning. Josée also advises her clientele with regard to the laws and obligations of various stakeholders in the road transport industry across North America, as well as representing them before Quebec courts. Her know-how in the field of transport is widely recognized, and in this regard, she is asked, on a regular basis, to speak at training sessions and other conferences aimed at commercial trucking companies and their employees, as well as other stakeholders in this industry. Finally, Josée also advises many stakeholders of the entertainment industry. In this regard, she is called upon to draft and negotiate various management, service, distribution and production agreements, as well as other related agreements. On a philanthropic note, Josée is a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Maison de soins palliatifs Source Bleue, located in Boucherville, which provides specialized palliative care to persons whose life is coming to an end and supports actively their loved ones.
