Guillaume Hébert has joined the firm in 2016. His practice is mainly focused on civil and commercial litigation and, as such, he has acquired solid experience before all Québec judicial and administrative bodies. He is also involved in several cases pertaining to bankruptcy and insolvency matters. During his career, Guillaume also had the opportunity to become familiar with several areas of law arising from the operation of a business and from business law in general, notably, by the implementation of measures aimed at the mitigation and resolution of conflicts and by the drafting, review and negotiation of commercial agreements of all types. Among the clients he has been representing for several years, are thus companies doing business in the field of commercial leasing, financial institutions and companies involved in the transportation industry. Finally, Guillaume is also familiar with non-contentious matters, including the issuance of legal protection measures, adoption and judicial homologations.
