Bio

François-Xavier works primarily in transportation law, business law and commercial litigation where he is called upon to defend the interests of the firm’s clients regarding several aspects of their activities. On a daily basis, he advises numerous transportation companies with respect to their rights and obligations pertaining to the road transportation industry and represents them before the Quebec courts at the penal, civil and administrative levels. He also assists the business law team by participating in the due diligence reviews of companies and in the execution of a variety of commercial transactions. After earning his law degree, François-Xavier continued his university studies to complete the Common Law program at Université de Montréal.
