Terry Gerbers Bio

For more than 30 years, Terry has assisted clients with navigating complex Mergers &Acquisitions (M&A) transactions. Clients seek his advice not only on the legal ramifications of corporate business decisions but the practical implications of their business dealings as well. He has earned his clients’ respect through his ability to thoroughly present, address, and resolve business issues. Terry also assists with his clients’ real estate and business/estate planning needs. He is the managing partner of the DeWitt LLP Green Bay office. Terry obtained his J.D., cum laude, from Marquette University Law School and his B.B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
