Leila Hawa Bio

Leila Hawa regularly advises on international and domestic transactions, including acquisitions, private equity buy-outs, venture capital investments, mergers, and transactional real estate matters for listed and non-listed companies in all service and industry sectors (e.g., IT, new technologies, oil and gas, luxury goods, banking, insurance, real estate). She leads due diligence teams, advises on the structure of the transactions, negotiates and drafts the transactional documents (investment and shareholders' agreements, share/asset purchase agreements, joint ventures, stock option and purchase plans, non-competition and employment agreements, sale and lease back agreements).
