Youkun Chen is a senior partner at Dentons representing more than 500 civil cases regarding international trade, real estate, business cooperation and equity disputes; involving around 100 cases regarding asset restructuring, corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, asset acquisition, bonds issuing, short-term financing bonds and medium-term notes. He has also served as legal counsel to more than 50 enterprises and government agencies, and as an independent director for a listed company.
