Bio

Shifeng Hao is currently a senior partner at Dentons. He has both lawyer and CPA licenses. He has worked in the fields of industrial/corporate accounting, finance, and auditing for 16 years. His extensive and practical experience provided him with a strong foundation for his practice areas. Initially, Mr. Hao worked intensively on litigation with regard to bank loans and management of bad assets. In recent years, he has focused on corporation related services and cases, achieving significant results. He has also worked on corporate mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy, reforming state-owned enterprises, and overseas investment and trade.
