Jian Xin Xiong is a senior partner at Dentons in its Nanchang office with more than 20 years of experience in the legal profession. Jian's practice is focused on banking and finance, private equity and corporate restructuring, capital markets, IPOs and, construction and real estate, among other fields. Jian has worked with dozens of government agencies, large enterprises and other units of legal counsel. In 2008, Jian was named "outstanding lawyer in Jiangxi Province," and twice won the "personal third class" honor.
