Jessica Abrahams is the chair of Dentons' US Government Contracts practice. She represents clients in a wide variety of industries, including the areas of biodefense, health care, information technology, defense services, infrastructure development, foreign assistance contracting, and Javits Wagner O'Day Act (JWOD)/Ability One. She has extensive experience on a full range of contracts matters including bid protests, civil false claims, internal investigations, fraud disclosures, compliance issues and internal controls, sustainable acquisition, small business issues, cost and pricing issues, subcontracting, teaming agreements, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, export controls, trade compliance including compliance with Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT), suspension and debarment, terminations, trade secret issues, domestic security requirements and FOCI. She also represents clients with international contracts and transactions across a wide variety of industries and in a broad range of geographic regions, including Asia, Central Asia, the Middle East and Africa, and she has particular experience with USAID contracts. Ms. Abrahams works on all aspects of federally funded health care programs, including, Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare and the Federal Employees Health Benefits Act (FEHBA).
