You Chang is a senior partner at Dentons and the executive director of its Chengdu offices. He advises corporations on a wide variety of transactions and legal issues involving the People’s Republic of China, and has vast experience in mergers and acquisitions, structuring of complex commercial transactions, foreign direct investment and initial public offerings (IPOs) in capital markets.
