Vinu Peter Immanuel Bio

Vinu is a Partner at New Delhi office of Dentons Link Legal (formerly Link Legal). He is the Firm’s coordinator for the Venture Capital, Technology and Emerging Growth Companies practice group. He is also a member of the Firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate practice groups. He has seventeen (17) years of experience. His primary areas of practice include mergers & acquisitions, venture capital, venture technology, corporate reorganisations and restructurings, and general corporate commercial matters. Apart from handling cross-border and domestic mergers & acquisitions and joint ventures, he has also advised several venture capital funds, promoters, startups, and companies on investment transactions. Although he works across a range of sectors, he represents many clients in the e-commerce, social media, EdTech, FinTech, FoodTech, HealthTech, PropTech, IT & ITES, media, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, NBFC, defence, energy, and real estate sectors. Prior to joining Dentons Link Legal (formerly Link Legal), Vinu was associated with Kochhar & Co. and J Sagar Associates (JSA). He is a Member of the State Bar Council of Tamil Nadu.
