Sriniwas Arun Bio

Arun is a Partner with Dentons Link Legal (formerly Link Legal) and has over 17 years of experience. He is a member of the Bar Council of Telangana and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is also IBBI Registered Insolvency Professional and holds diploma in Arbitration from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He advises clients on private equity transactions, fund raising, mergers, project financing, working capital funding, capital and debt structuring. He also provides support to non-residents on their entry strategies and other commercial arrangements in India. He also advises various corporates and banks on the restructuring of stressed assets viz. Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR); Strategic Debt Restructuring (SDR) and Scheme for Sustainable Structuring of Stressed Assets (S4A) as per extant guidelines of Reserve Bank of India. Prior to joining Dentons Link Legal (formerly Link Legal), he was Head - Legal & Secretarial at GKC Projects Limited, an infrastructure company with interests in roads and highways, irrigation projects, pipelines, mining, power, transmission & distribution etc. with presence in India, Sultanate of Oman and Republic of Zambia.
