Namita Das is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial Practice with Link Legal and has over 11 years of experience in advising clients across practice areas including Acquisitions, Private equity investments, Corporate financing (including initial public offerings and issuance of debt instruments), General corporate advisory, and Insolvency and bankruptcy. During her career Namita has represented her clients in various prestigious transactions in an array of sectors including retail, telecom, insurance, food and beverages, banking and finance, aviation and infrastructure. Prior to joining Link Legal, Namita has worked with AZB & Partners and Shardul Amarchand Managldas & Co.
