A law graduate from Chanakya National Law University, Patna, Ambuj has extensive experience of over 11 years plus in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, cross-border investments, restructurings of Indian and international conglomerates as well as private equity and venture capital investments. His role in these transactions has included negotiations, drafting, complex structuring, rendering strategic advice, and interacting with the promoters and financial services providers. He specializes in Foreign Exchange Regulations, equity & debt investments, employment issues and general corporate & commercial laws. He is known for his work on business-related compliances for entities engaged in various sectors, including manufacturing, real estate, e-commerce, non-banking financial companies and information technology, He also has vast experience in advisory relating to day to day general corporate issues and matters relating to business laws.
