Kenneth Fraser joined Hamilton Harrison & Mathews in 1966 and has over 44 years experience in commercial litigation and arbitration. He has earned his place at the top of the market through his vast experience in banking law, state corporations, insurance law, employment, competition, consumer protection, communications law and commercial law. Ken has advised a range of clients on several complex employment matters including trade union disputes redundancies and negotiations. Ken mainly practises before the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, the High Court and other Tribunals. Ken is one of the most respected commercial litigation lawyers in Kenya and is recognised as one of the leading litigation lawyers in the country by Legal 500 and Chambers Global. Ken was made Senior Counsel by the then President of the Republic of Kenya, H.E. Mwai Kibaki, for his exemplary service to the legal profession on 11th December 2012.
