As a member of the Tax group, Ronald Aulbach focuses his practice on corporate, partnership and business tax planning, and federal, state and local tax controversies. Ron has experience involving various federal, state and international tax issues relating to corporate and partnership acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and restructurings. Ron also has handled federal and state tax controversies at the audit and appeal stages. Ron has advised clients on a wide range of tax areas including subchapters C,S, and K, oil and gas syndications and offerings, consolidated returns, and state tax planning. Prior to joining Dentons Cohen & Grigsby, Ron was a partner with K&L Gates LLP.
