Bio

Bill Kaiser is co-chair of Dentons’ national Corporate practice group and Office Managing Partner for Jasper. His clients are often private companies with revenues up to $1 billion. Many of Bill’s clients are in manufacturing and industry. He also regularly advises clients in the agricultural, finance and construction industries, as well as large land owners on real estate matters. Bill also acts as special counsel for several of his clients. Bill intimately understands his clients’ businesses and objectives, anticipating future needs and solving any problems that arise. He advises clients on various aspects of corporate law, such as formations, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, economic development projects and business-related matters.
