Marc Van Tieghem is a member of Deloitte Legal's Corporate and M&A team of lawyers. He has a broad practice, advising clients on domestic and cross-border M&A and real estate transactions, corporate reorganisations and corporate disputes. In addition to his wide experience in a variety of industries and sectors, Marc’s practice has a particular focus on the public sector, including public enterprise and public private partnerships. Marc is, together with Danny Stas, also the lead for the Legal Management Consulting (LMC) offering. Marc is recommended by Legal 500.
