FLORIAN TUMOINE , partner, specializes in transaction taxation (mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, debt restructuring and management package). He is involved in tax due diligence and structuring, with particular expertise in modeling LBO transactions. He also assists companies with their day-to-day taxation as well as during tax audits and disputes . Part of its activity is also devoted to wealth taxation , in particular on behalf of business leaders and family shareholders in the context of the transfer and tax structuring of their assets. Florian joined the Delaby&Dorison firm in 2016 after beginning his professional activity in the United States and then in the Paris office of the Simmons & Simmons firm.
