EMMANUEL DELABY specializes in corporate taxation . He works on structuring acquisitions and disposals, tax management , improving the effective tax rate , and restructuring operations . He began his career in the Corporate Tax department of Andersen Legal, before joining Landwell & Associés (a PriceWaterhouseCoopers Tax Firm) in 2002. A lawyer at STC Partners since 2005 (a KPMG Tax Firm since 2011), he became a partner in the Corporate Tax department in 2009.
