Romain Hantz, partner, specializes in corporate and individual tax in the context of M&A and corporate transaction (LBOs, restructuring, reorganization of corporate groups held by individual founders). He also advises corporate group for their day-to-day tax affairs and executives for their estate and tax matters. Romain is also involved on tax pre litigations and litigations (corporate and individual tax). Romain holds a Master in tax law from University Lyon III and joined Delaby & Dorison tax firm upon its creation.
