Florian Tumoine, partner, focuses on transaction tax (M&A, LBO, corporate and debt restructuring, management package). His assistance includes due diligence and tax structuring, with a strong expertise in tax modelling private equity transactions. In addition, Florian advises companies on their day-to-day tax affairs, and in the course of tax audits and tax litigations. Florian also assists entrepreneurs and/or family groups on the reorganization of their professional assets and the transmission of their businesses. Florian joined Delaby & Dorison tax firm in 2016, after starting his career in the US and following a 2-year experience in the Simmons & Simmons Paris office. Member of Paris bar as from 2014, Florian receives a Master degree in corporate tax law (2010) and a Master Degree in accounting and audit (2009) from University Paris IX Dauphine. He is member of the IACF.
