Emmanuel Delaby is specialized in corporate tax. He deals with the structuring of acquisitions and transfers, tax management, improvement of the effective tax rate and restructurings. He began his career in the Corporate tax department of the law firm Andersen Legal, before joining Landwell & Associés (Tax firm of PriceWaterhouseCoopers) in 2002. Lawyer at STC Partners since 2005 (Tax firm of KPMG since 2011), he became Partner of the Corporate tax department in 2009. He holds degrees issued by HEC and the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, and a master’s degree in Private law.
