Sybille Plantin Bio

Partner Sybille Plantin has been with the firm since 1992. As a member of Degroux Brugère’s Corporate Law department, she advises and assists the firm’s clients – listed and unlisted companies and family offices, particularly in the real estate, hotel, services and industrial sectors – on their acquisitions, mergers and restructuring operations. Together with her team, she also provides legal and tax support for companies in all their day-to-day and exceptional transactions and formalities.
