Marguerite Galois-Boyé Bio

After working in the tax department of an Anglo-Saxon law firm, Marguerite joined Degroux Brugère in 2016 as an associate and became partner in January 2025. Marguerite is involved in both the tax structuring and transactional aspects of private equity, mergers & acquisitions, venture capital and expansion capital transactions. She assists investment funds in LBO transactions, companies and their management in fund-raising, external growth and refinancing operations, and in setting up management packages.
