Jérémie Swiecznik has more than 15 years’ experience in private equity, mergers & acquisitions and equity transactions. He assists issuers and their managing shareholders, both financial and industrial, at all stages of their development, as well as French and foreign investment funds in their acquisition of majority and minority stakes. Jérémie leads a large number of venture capital, expansion capital, LBO and M&A transactions every year, and also has solid expertise in financing.
