A partner since 2015, Augustin Fleytoux joined the firm, attracted by its entrepreneurial project led by different generations of partners. Specialized in mergers & acquisitions and leveraged buy-outs (LBOs) for over 15 years, he plays a key role in the firm’s corporate/private equity practice. Augustin offers a tailor-made service with an active presence on projects and exceptional proximity to customers, guaranteeing a global vision and in-depth knowledge of the various issues at stake.
