Denis Brugère joined the Firm in 1983. His practice mainly focuses on personal, asset and real estate tax as well as corporate reorganisation for a loyal clientele of groups and corporate managers. Deeply attached to the observance of strict confidentiality in the handling of cases and strong of a result-oriented culture, he brings to the firm’s clients a transverse and creative vision fuelled by a long-term experience, particularly recognised in the transfer of businesses and asset engineering.
