Peter Visser Bio

Peter Visser has been a lawyer since 1988. He specializes in acquisitions, financing, and private equity. He also represents banks in securities litigation. He studied law in Leiden. Previously, Peter worked at Nauta Dutilh in the areas of corporate law, banking law, and corporate finance, and spent a year as a visiting lawyer at Slaughter & May in London. In 1997, Peter co-founded De Metz Advocaten. Peter has successfully combined corporate law with financial law since the beginning of his career. He enjoys crafting a "gem" of a contract or legal document. He is a dealmaker in both M&A and corporate finance transactions (as well as disputes): flexible when possible, but firm when necessary.
