Alberto De Luca has been a Partner of the Firm since 2006. Alberto De Luca specializes in all areas of labor and trade union law , in both out-of-court and litigation fields. Before joining De Luca & Partners in 2006, in 2000 he began his professional career in London (at Biddle & Co Solicitors, now Pinsents Masons ) and subsequently, from 2001 and 2006, he was part of the team of labor lawyers of Gianni Origoni Grippo & Partners. As part of the practice to which he belongs, he has developed a substantial experience in agency law, also providing his assistance in foreign jurisdictions. As a partner of the Firm, in collaboration with business law firms , he is regularly involved - for the part of his competence - in M&A and private equity transactions , corporate reorganizations and restructuring.
