Patrice Lefèvre-Péaron is the Managing Director of De Gaulle Fleurance Genève. Recognised as one of the leading experts in Franco-Swiss law and taxation and for his excellent management of complex cases, he works in Europe on the cross-border operations of economic players (corporate M&A, finance-banking, international litigation, real estate taxation, property law and taxation, cross-border taxation and social security contributions) as well as for the leading shareholder families of groups. With over 25 years’ experience in leading French and Anglo-Saxon business law firms, the team he heads is distinguished by the depth of its combined expertise in business and tax law, which ensures that transactions are handled consistently throughout the value chain, from the group’s subsidiary to the reference shareholder. He is the author of various articles on corporate and asset taxation for the Bureau of National Affairs (BNA), the leading publisher of US tax law. He is also the author of the French chapter of International Tax Systems and Planning Techniques published by Reuters.
