François Zocchetto Bio

François Zocchetto, a Partner since 2019, practices mainly in corporate and public law. A graduate of ESCP and IEP Paris, François Zocchetto is also a certified public accountant. He began his career with an international audit firm, before setting up a business law firm. He has experience of the law as applied by public bodies and businesses, and in particular advises on public projects (contracts, town planning, public procurement, public service delegation), as well as reorganisation, acquisition and transfer operations in organisations of varying sizes. François Zocchetto is a former senator and member of the Senate’s Law Commission, as well as a local councillor (mayor and chairman of a conurbation). François Zocchetto was called to the Bar in 1987 and specialises in company law and tax law.
