Antonio de Cárdenas has extensive experience counseling and representing companies in a broad range of transactional matters and providing comprehensive legal strategy to businesses. Antonio has served as inside senior general counsel and outside counsel to top domestic and international companies in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, services, retail, real estate development and technology. As CEO, Antonio oversees our clients’ needs using a multi-disciplinary approach that constantly evaluates factors such as client objectives, risk, liability, and value proposition. ​ Antonio represents his own family’s business, a middle market company founded by his parents in 1973. In addition to his Law Degree, Antonio holds a Master’s in Business Administration from a top national business program that is designed for company presidents and “C”- level executives. ​ Antonio is fully bilingual in English/Spanish. When he is away from the office, Antonio spends time relaxing with his family, walking his dogs, paddle boarding and cycling around his community.
