Lennard Keijzer is a partner in De Brauw’s corporate/M&A practice, and head of the private equity practice. He acts for Dutch and international private equity firms (sellers and buyers). In addition, Lennard regularly acts for founders and family-owned companies. He is often consulted for his expertise in governance arrangements between shareholders, private equity funds and co-investors, and in warranty & indemnity insurance and management participation plans. Lennard is recognised as a leader in his field, as also confirmed by Legal 500 and Chambers. He was awarded “Best M&A Lawyer” by the Dutch M&A community in 2021, having been nominated in 2020 as well. Lennard played an important role in establishing De Brauw’s Singapore office in 2012.
