Davine Roessingh is an all-round litigator with an extensive track record in complex disputes, often with a technical and/or international angle. She has over a decade of experience in advising clients and litigating on their behalf before Dutch courts and arbitral tribunals (ICC, NAI, LCIA, UNCITRAL, etc.). Davine handles commercial and corporate matters that are crucial to our clients, often relating to financial products, transaction documentation, and stakeholder management. Davine is also highly experienced in dealing with execution and enforcement proceedings, attachments and injunctions, litigation funding issues, and various types of discovery processes. In addition, Davine is co-head of De Brauw's ESG expertise group, comprised of lawyers from several practice areas. Davine is highly knowledgeable on ESG regulation, such as the CSRD and CSDDD. She regularly advises on sustainability and value chain management, and on reporting and related greenwashing risks. In this context, Davine has specific expertise in climate scenario application and regularly speaks on these topics. Davine lectures on international arbitration law at VU Amsterdam and was seconded to London magic circle firm Slaughter & May in 2018.
