Anja Mutsaers is a partner in the Corporate / M&A department of De Brauw. She specializes in corporate law, contract law and mergers&acquisitions. Anja has extensive experience in various industry sectors including tech, infra, energy, banking and insurance. Her expertise ranges from strategic deals to private equity and hybrid corporate projects, as well as distressed M&A and (re-)structuring, both national as well as international.
