Daniel Diaz Leyva is chair of the Florida real estate practice and also chair of the firm's LATAM practice. A trusted advisor with a broad range of transactional experience, Danny represents owner-operators, investors, family offices and developers in real estate and business matters. Danny also represents bank and non-bank lenders in loan transactions. Danny supports clients in structuring business and joint ventures. He represents them in the acquisition, financing, leasing, development and sale of real estate. In addition, Danny also operates as outside general counsel, advising clients on legal matters across their daily business affairs. He has extensive experience in government relations, counseling clients with issues before local and state government.
