Wayne Segal is a Member and Manager of Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC. His practice is concentrated in the areas of banking and real estate law. Wayne has extensive experience representing banks in investment, acquisition, development, and construction financing of shopping centers, office buildings, industrial buildings, and other commercial and residential properties. In addition, he has substantial experience in middle market loan transactions as well as commercial and real estate workouts and restructurings. Wayne represents local, regional, and national builders and developers in single-family and multi-family residential projects. He also has considerable experience representing retail, office, and commercial developers in acquisitions, financing, construction, development, and leasing transactions. Wayne is also regularly involved on behalf of his clients in the creation and structuring of corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1994. He received his B.A., with honors, from James Madison College at Michigan State University in 1991. Wayne is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, American Bar Association, the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan, and the Turnaround Management Association.
