Todd Schafer is a Member of Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC. He concentrates his practice primarily in the areas of real estate and corporate law. Representing developers, owners and tenants, Todd frequently advises clients on property acquisitions, property dispositions and industrial, office and retail leasing matters. He is also often involved in documentation of financing transactions and in the creation and structuring of corporations, limited partnerships, and limited liability companies. Todd earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan in 1992, where he was a contributing editor to the Michigan Journal of International Law and served as a judge on the Court of Common Pleas (Central Student Judiciary). He earned his B.A., with highest distinction, from the University of Michigan in 1989. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the State Bar of Illinois. Mr. Schafer also serves as a member of the Finance and Audit Committees of Jewish Family Service of Metropolitan Detroit.
