Glenn Ross, a Member of Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC, focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning, business planning, estate administration, and related tax law. Glenn’s expertise in these areas is extensive, emphasizing sound, practical advice, and creativity. He tailors his planning advice to each client’s specific situation to obtain the client’s goals and objectives, considering business succession concerns, family dynamics, the impact on the family now and in the future, and the tax consequences of the planning options available. He advises clients in planning both simple and complex estates, using wills, powers of attorney, patient advocate designations, lifetime gifting, various revocable and irrevocable trusts, charitable giving, family limited liability companies, shareholder agreements, and other various estate planning options and techniques. He earned his J.D. from Wayne State University in 1985 and his LL.M. in taxation from Wayne State University in 1990. He received his B.S. from Oakland University in 1982.
