Throughout her career, Tiffany has built a reputation for understanding the driving factors behind a deal. Her thoughtful, practical advice helps clients overcome nuanced challenges that can arise outside of the four corners of an agreement. She deftly anticipates and manages challenging interpersonal dynamics that might otherwise stall a transaction. Before joining Davis+Gilbert, Tiffany was Head of Domestic and International Mergers and Acquisitions at Paramount Global (formerly Viacom/CBS). There, she focused on helping business units analyze, structure, diligence, negotiate and document M&A and other strategic transactions. Earlier in her career, Tiffany worked as a Corporate/M&A partner at Fried Frank. Combining an in-house perspective with deep legal knowledge, she strives to understand the economics driving each transaction and deliver not only a list of risks and issues, but also thoughtful and practical recommendations on how to navigate them.
