Stuart Berger strong work ethic, business background and keen attention to detail provide his clients with a high level of service. He advises investment banks and public and private companies on capital markets and securities transactions, both domestic and cross-boarder, including debt and equity offerings (public and private). Stuart also advises clients on corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions and finance. He handles mid- to large-size files across a broad range of industries including telecommunications, media, energy and finance with clients in Canada and the United States.
