Matthew Hendy Bio

Matthew Hendy focuses his practice on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private investments, most often representing private equity sponsors and other financial institutions. He works across a wide range of industries, including technology, business services, infrastructure and life sciences. Matt has extensive experience with private equity buyouts, sell-side processes and add-on acquisitions for private equity sponsors. His clients rely on his ability to find pragmatic solutions while keeping their interests at the forefront. Prior to joining Davies, Matt practised at a prominent international law firm based in New York.
