Antoine Le Bihan assists clients with corporate matters and public and private mergers and acquisitions. Before joining Davies, Antoine practised law at national firms in Paris. While there, he gained valuable experience assisting in complex restructuring and joint venture transactions as well as mergers and acquisitions. Antoine is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
