Shayna Goldman devises innovative solutions to meet her clients’ business needs. She acts for clients on domestic and cross-border private mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, debt and equity financings, and other corporate and commercial transactions. Shayna's clients span a broad range of industry sectors, including technology, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, natural resources, manufacturing and retail. While at the Université de Montréal, Shayna clerked for Justice Martin Castonguay of the Superior Court of Québec, Montréal Division.
