Sébastien regularly advises clients on fund formation and private equity investment transactions in Canada and abroad. Sébastien also has particular expertise in working with clients through all stages of their real estate transactions, from negotiation to financing. He acts as lead counsel on a number of significant financing transactions, including acquisition, asset-based, mezzanine, project and real estate financing and cross-border syndicated facilities.
