Alyssa Wiseman practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private and public financings, securities offerings, plans of arrangement, and various corporate matters. She works with clients across a broad range of industries, including aerospace, retail, communications and media. Alyssa sits on the board of directors of The Montreal Children’s Library and The Museum of Jewish Montreal.
