James Mclaughlin is a Partner in DarrowEverett’s Corporate and Business Transactions and Banking & Finance Practice Groups. James routinely counsels public and private companies in a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, with a focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions, private equity, and venture capital transactions, public and private capital raising, securities law compliance, and corporate governance matters. James also represents businesses in connection with complex contract negotiations, including SaaS agreements, intellectual property licensing agreements, software development agreements, cloud services agreements, and user license agreements. He has advised clients across a broad range of industries, including technology and software, e-commerce, manufacturing, energy, aerospace, automotive, engineering, utilities, and financial services.
