Beth’s clients are in the investment management and financial services sectors and include hedge funds and other private funds, SEC and state-registered investment advisors, broker-dealers, and private investors. Beth regularly advises clients concerning corporate formation and structuring and regulatory compliance, with federal and state securities laws and regulations.
